Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are only confirmed upon payment.
  • Strictly no cancellations or refunds after payment is made.
  • Postponements may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
  • Please refer to our Wet Weather Policy for weather‑related matters
  • The Management reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any booking.
  • Players must follow the instructions of pitch staff and comply with all facility rules and regulations.
  • The Management reserves the right to cancel the game if players fail to comply with booking instructions or facility rules.

Wet Weather Policy

Customers may contact us on game day for current weather status at all pitch locations. Game organisers may call or text 97218030 for onsite weather updates closer to their game time.

  • Customers must be present at the scheduled booking time.
  • If weather at the pitch is good and customers are not present, the booking will be forfeited. Strictly no refunds.
  • If the rain is light (slight drizzle or intermittent), the game will proceed.
  • In the event of mid‑game cessation due to inclement weather (thunderstorms or lightning), pitch staff will ensure customers maximise their full booking time once conditions improve.
  • A booking is considered carried out if more than half of the session has been consumed.
  • Final decisions on game cessation or resumption are made solely at the discretion of Management.               

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or alter this policy at any time. Such modifications take effect immediately upon posting.

Rules & Regulation 

These Facility Rules & Regulations apply to all S&M Sportshub venues.

  1. No smoking, vaping (e‑vaporisers/possession or use), drugs, or gambling are permitted on the premises.
  2. Strictly no littering. Please use the trash bins provided.
  3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the facility at any time.
  4. Only appropriate football/futsal shoes are allowed on the artificial turf. No metal studs or flat‑soled shoes that damage the turf.
  5. No food, drinks, or open water bottles are allowed on the artificial turf.
  6. Pulling, leaning, or climbing on the turf netting, goals, or facility structure is strictly prohibited.
  7. Keep your belongings secured. The Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
  8. Kicking or throwing balls is strictly confined within the designated pitch area.

PUBLICITY, MEDIA & CCTV NOTICE (PDPA Compliant)

  • By entering and participating in activities at S&M Sportshub, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Management the right to use your images, likeness, names, comments, and game results for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes.
  • CCTV surveillance is active on the premises for safety and security. All personal data is collected, used, and managed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
  • You may contact Management to withdraw consent or request access/correction, subject to reasonable notice.

SAFETY & MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

  • All persons use the premises at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of life, or damage to personal property sustained on the premises.
  • The Management reserves the right to cease activities, alter facility operating hours, refuse admission, or immediately expel any person who fails to comply with these regulations, without entitlement to a refund.
